The pants are slightly baggier in fit, to avoid having to incorporate large patches of stretch material that degrades overtime, with the standard 8 pocket layout of the ACU style pants. At the knees are slots for accepting removable knee pads, with hook and loop adjustment tabs behind the knee for fitment adjustments, and you can adjust the kneepad height in the cargo pockets. The pant cuffs have cords for blousing the pants as well.
