She never understood why no one ever noticed her. She begged the world to see her. Intentions solely for the people. She wanted to show the world her powers. Her ambitions. She wanted to show how the world can change through writing. Through poetry. She wanted to prove that people can learn, that people can grow and be better than the person they were yesterday. All just because of something they read. She wanted to change lives. To be the inspiration. To be that powerful quote one spray painted on the wall. She wanted to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. She was going to change the world one poem at a time, but the world never saw her. They didn't even know she existed.
