Dr. Rowe is a physician and entrepreneur. Her experiences in the business world made her realize many women may never pursue the career they dream of because it requires bossing others around. Dr Rowe believes women can be bossy without being intimidating or unkind. She created this book to inspire girls to pursue whatever career path they desire even if it means doing what is considered less attractive or acceptable. Dr Rowe believes "You can be anything you want to be... be bold, be brave, be bossy."
