The author freely admits that "devices" are not all bad. For better or worse they have changed the world. But this book ranges far from the subject of the effects of "devices," often into areas distinctly "politically incorrect." Some commentary is amusing; others might be seen as "disturbing." This is a good companion book for your "one-way trip to Mars!" Read it, and you will never be the same again! Nor will be the society described. We live in changing times; there is a distinct sense of a "rising sadness" for lost America... 9781491738740 149173874X 0 Autobiography NOT_MATURE http://books.google.com/books/content?id=Rdr5oQEACAAJ&printsec=frontcover&img=1&zoom=5&source=gbs_api en
