After clinical death, Derek Reman returns to a talking unicorn, the Virgin Mary, an eyebrow-less man, and an intimidating being known as "Tusks"- these are the Coders. A future scientific discovery is what the Coders claim to protect; they use prediction, intimidation, and gaslighting to influence Derek. Their guidance results in judicial hearings, a detention facility, and a psychiatric care center. Left with questioning his sanity and time to do, the Coders return for Derek with their divine plan. 31.5k W.C. novella 9781097241972 1097241971 0 Fiction NOT_MATURE http://books.google.com/books/content?id=yLWyxQEACAAJ&printsec=frontcover&img=1&zoom=5&source=gbs_api en
