A gripping novella. Alice and her twin brother Henry are sent to their aunts country home for a holiday. They have never been before but have always thought something was strange about the aunts. Something strange started happening to the twins when we turned thirteen while staying in the ancient, creepy house in the woods. To start they wonder if they are going crazy. Then they find out the family secret. Do they also have paranormal powers? After all, who else hears the Ravens, the animals and trees talking and seeing things others can't? An easy yet gripping read brought alive with the vivid description. A touch of humor and magic throughout.
