A series of poems about life, love, and revolution. There are 23 poems in this collection, some of which are about Donald Trump and how I wish he were something else than what he is. The American Dream--if it ever truly existed--has been lost forever and our only hope is to come together and build a world based on cooperation instead of corporate greed. Eric Allen Yankee is a Pushcart nominated poet and author of four chapbooks: Bees Against the War (Locofo Chapbooks), RIOT (Finishing Line Press), American Bullet (Atomic Theory Micro Press), and The Sun Will Become Fireflies (HoneyBees for Peace). His forthcoming full length debut collection Ceremony of Ashes will be published by Weasel Press. You can find him on instagram as @commiepoet where he posts poems about how he longs for a different world and seeks to inspire people to fight for peace in an age of constant war.
