These selected poems span a twenty year period from the author's mid-teens, in which he describes his romantic disappointments, through his twenties, when he became disillusioned with religion, to his thirties, where he reflects upon his own mortality. Most have been published elsewhere, two won prizes in competitions, and one was selected for inclusion in an Arts Council anthology, which included most of the great poets of the 20th Century, including Ted Hughes, Roy Fuller, and Roger McGough.www.tonybaylissbooks.com
